We accept self-paying clients and a wide variety of insurance plans (depending on the counselor you see).
Insurance
When we are in network with a client’s insurance, we will submit claims. When we are out of network, clients can look into using their out of network benefits for visits. Ask us, and we will help you through that process.
Self-Pay Rates
Self-pay rates are $135 for an initial session and $120 for subsequent sessions.
We accept credit card, checks, and cash. We also accept Health Savings Accounts or Flexible Spending Accounts.
Affordability
We want our services to be accessible, so ask us about our sliding scale policy if your insurance offers no reimbursement benefits.
Missed Appointments
We charge $85 for appointments missed or canceled without a 24-hour notice from the time of session. Exceptions are made for a cancellation that is for sickness or a health-related emergency.
