We believe that nutrition and physical health plays a big role in our mood. Diet and nutrition is linked to many mental health struggles. Many people have an unhealthy relationship with food and their bodies. Because we value whole-person care, we gladly offer nutrition counseling with a registered dietitian.\u00a0<\/p>\n
We are aware that diet culture is pervasive and information on nutrition is often confusing and contradictory, leaving people frustrated. People feel they are not making \u201cthe right\u201d choices and place too much emphasis on appearance.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Using a Biblical perspective of health, our dietician guides clients to be more aware of themselves as whole people. Clients are encouraged to explore connections between the mental, physical, and spiritual, ultimately finding rest and healing in God alone.\u00a0<\/p>\n
